Carl Jung: Yes, if it’s an end, and there we are not quiet certain about this end, because you know there is this peculiar faculty of the psyches, the division that entirely confined to space and time. You can have dreams or versions of the future; you can see cloth and such things, only ignorance denies these facts. This is what every doctor does excess and the excess is always. So the psyche in part, at least, is not depended upon these confinements, and then what, men's psyche is not on the (that) obligation to live the entire men’s life alone, although they doesn't. Then, to that extent, men’s psyche is not suit to do those, and that may serve a practical continuation of life, of soul, psycho existence, the owned time and space.
Journalist: do you, yourself, believe the death is progress to the end?
Carl Jung: well, I can’t say. Belief is a difficult thing for me, I don’t believe. I must have a reason for what is this. Either I know or see, if I knew it, I don't need to believe it. If, I don’t allow myself to believe a thing just for the sake of believing it, I can’t believe it, but when there are sufficient reasons for supporting this, I shall accept it. We have to recognize the possibility of so-so, you know.
Journalist: well that you told us that we should be death as a goal. What advice would you give to people in their later lives when they must do effective live?
Carl Jung: well, you see, there are plenty of many old people. Life behaves specific what is going on, and so I think it is better for old people to live on, to look forward to the next day as if he has to spend the same choice, and then he leaves properly. When he doesn’t look forward, he looks back, he dies before his time, but only if he is living on to look forward to paying the adventure that is ahead, then he lives. And that is about what our conscience told us to do. There is something he doesn’t believe apparently, but this is really psychologically affective. It doesn’t mean to me it blow something. It is simply soul. The voice is I may not know why we are this old, but we refer to this, we have thoughts too, because you feel better. That’s all when you think in a certain way, you may feel contemporarily better, and I think if you think you know the lines of the nature.
